VALLEY , because this Resort / Retreat is located on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Just about 20kms from the Secunderabad Railway Station and 12kms from Yapral/Sainikpuri on the Karimnagar Express Highway, where it touches the cleanest Lakes of United Andhra Pradesh and is in and along on the West is the Banks of the Shamirpet Lake, and North side sloping along the sheet rocks, touching the lake waters. And on the Eastern side is flows a canal running and flowing out from under a 400 years old Ancient Heritage Bridge, on top is which & below is towards the South a 40 year old Highway Bridge and along a water body on all sides, overseeing the present Karimnagar Express Highway.

We have a very safe & clean swimming pool, on a natural sheet rock. The Rain Dance and Swimming Pool is for all the guests but can be booked as a Private Place and has a very large area to sit around it.
This Location can Accommodate upto 50 guests. The charges for the Full location is Rs. 20,000/- . The charges for swimming is Rs. 500/- per person . A minimum number of 10 @ 1,000/- per person

About the FOUNDER & VISION
Capt. D. K. Giri, is an Ex-Army Officer & as is hailing from a small village and charged in his childhood with energy of a Healthy and open atmosphere was selected as an Army Officer at a very young age. Thereafter, having worked in The Hotel Taj, Bombay and understanding the advantages of living in Raw Nature and still having all the basic needs & comforts, he had purchased this property, primarily only as a very personal, family & friends Retreat but as luck would have and the children having drifted away to different Cities & Countries , thus after a long thinking advice by friends he has decided to share this Serene & Beauty property in the Lap of Nature with likeminded people & guests.
History
About Shamirpet Lake
Shamirpet Lake in Hyderabad is much more than any other lake you would have viewed in India. This beautiful Lake situated about 27 km from Secunderabad. It is 50 years old. Shamirpet Lake is located near to 'Jawahar Deer Park', which adds to the area's magnificence and one can always find a herd of deer quenching their thirst on the banks of the lake, which is a very fascinating sight. This Lake is built during the reign of Nizams of Hyderabad. However, today it has become a tourist spot and attracts people from all over the state.
